She has conducted over a thousand appraisals, market studies, financial analyses, or feasibility studies of hotels and resorts for developers, REITS, lenders, pension fund advisors, and investors throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico, Central America, the Caribbean, and Europe.
Ms. Nichols is a Counselor of Real Estate (CRE), a designation bestowed by the invitation-only international organization, The Counselors of Real Estate.
